1. Therefore, I, a prisoner for the Lord, urge you to live a life worthy of the calling to which you were called.
2. Act with complete humility and gentleness, be patient, and be forgiving in love.
3. Make every effort to keep the unity of the Spirit through the bond of peace.
4. There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling.
5. One Lord, one faith, one baptism,
6. There is one God and Father of all, who is over all, through all, and in all.
7. But each of us has received grace according to the measure of Christ's gift .
8. Therefore he said, "When he ascended on high, he led captivity captive and gave gifts to men."
9. When it says, “He ascended,” what does it mean if not that he came down to the earth?
10. And he himself, who descended, ascended into the highest heaven, that he might fill all things.
11. He gave some as apostles, some as prophets, some as evangelists, some as pastors, and some as teachers.
12. This is to prepare the saints for the work of serving and to build up the body of Christ .
13. Until we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the fullness of Christ .
14. Let us no longer be like children, carried about by the wind and carried away by every wind of teaching, by the trickery of men, by lying and scheming,
15. We must speak the truth in love and grow up in all things into Him who is the head, Christ .
16. From him the whole body, joined and held together by every joint, grows and builds itself up in love, as each part does its part.

17. Therefore I urge you in the Lord that you no longer live as the Gentiles do, in the futility of their mind.
18. They have their perceptions darkened; they are alienated from the life of God because of their ignorance and stubbornness.
19. They became past feeling and gave themselves over to sensuality, practicing all kinds of impurity in their lusts.
20. But you did not learn Christ that way.
21. Indeed, you heard him and were taught in him, just as the truth is in Jesus.
22. The content of the teaching is to abandon the old self that is corrupted by following false desires and old habits.
23. Be renewed in spirit
24. And put on the new self, which is created to be like God in true righteousness and holiness .
25. Therefore, putting away falsehood, speak truthfully each one with his neighbor, for we are members of one body one with another.
26. “Be angry and do not sin.” Do not let the sun go down on your anger.
27. Don't give the devil a chance .
28. Let the one who steals steal no longer; rather, let him sweat his labor, doing good with his hands, so that he may have something to share with the poor .
29. Let no unwholesome word come out of your mouths, but
only what is helpful for building up the saints according to their needs, that it may give grace to the hearers .
30. And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.
31. Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, screaming, and slander be put away from you, along with all malice .
32. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving one another, just as God in Christ forgave you .

📖 Ephesians 4:7, 13 QT Sharing
"7. But each of us received grace according to the measure of Christ's gift.
13. Until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God, becoming mature and attaining to the measure of the fullness of Christ.
We are each beings who have received special grace from Jesus Christ . God does not give grace to everyone in the same way, but gives grace to each person according to their role and mission (verse 7).
Also, God wants us to not just believe in Jesus, but to become mature people in Christ . If knowing and believing in Jesus is the starting point of our faith, then we must become one with each other and grow. Ultimately, our goal is to become like Jesus in his perfect image and character (verse 13).
These words make me think deeply about the grace that God has given me.
Do I properly recognize the grace and mission given to me?
And are you growing into the ‘complete person’ that God wants you to be?
Sometimes you may feel discouraged when you look at your own shortcomings.
But God has given me the grace I desperately need, and He expects me to grow according to that grace .
We must strive to make faith not simply knowledge, but a life that resembles the character of Jesus .
Today, I thank God for the grace He has given me, and I pray that I may grow into a mature person in faith.
📖 Ephesians 4:30-32 QT Sharing
"30. And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.
31. Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and screaming and slander be put away from you, along with all malice.
32. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving one another, just as God in Christ forgave you."
God has sent the Holy Spirit into us, and through the Holy Spirit we are confirmed as children of God (v. 30). However, when our words and actions are different from what God wants, the Holy Spirit becomes sad.
God
wants usto abandon evil feelings and actions and to love and respect one another.
Actions such as anger, swearing, and slander are not pleasing to God and must be eliminated from our lives (v. 31).Instead, we should treat one another with kindness and love . We should forgive others as God has forgiven us (v. 32).
Am I possibly grieving the Holy Spirit with my words and actions?
Are you living your life unable to overcome your momentary emotions and getting angry or criticizing others?
God
wantsme to become a more mature believer by walking with the Holy Spirit
.Remembering the forgiveness I have received from God, I too must live a life of forgiving others and treating them with kindness and love.
I resolve to spend today with the Holy Spirit and practice words and actions that please God.

Thank you to our neighbors who have taken the time to visit us.
Please pray for the construction workers for a moment. Your prayers will be a great help.
And after the intercessory prayer for the housewife, please put your name, business, or workplace and pray again.
I pray for your intercession.
God of love, we thank you for making us God’s children and allowing us to live in your grace every day.
I earnestly hope that Father Gunju will abandon all evil and become like Jesus . May the Lord fill you with the Holy Spirit every day and help you grow into a more mature person in faith .
As a child of God , may the Lord be pleased with and accept the decision of Father Gunju to abandon all evil and become like Jesus, and grant him strength and wisdom.
Even when I make mistakes because I cannot overcome my emotions at the moment, please help me to go back to the Lord and be restored, and let my words and actions change into something that pleases God .
Please remember the father of Geonju who decided to walk with the Holy Spirit today and practice words and actions that please God, and help him live a life that carries out the Lord's will.
Also, please guide the businesses entrusted to us by God, such asHSRI System, HSRI Real Estate, and HSRI Brokerage, to be firmly established on the rock of the Lord.
Please help us to be thoroughly prepared according to God's plan,
not according to human thoughts , and add God's wisdom and power to every process.
May this work become a channel for expanding the kingdom of God, a good influence on many people, and a precious tool for carrying out the Lord's will.
I thank God and trust that He will accomplish all things in His time and in His way .
